Tutto cominciò diciotto anni fa, quando, freschi di laurea, iniziammo a produrre vino trasformando una piccola parte dell'uva prodotta dalle rispettive aziende agricole di famiglia. L'attento restauro di un antico stabilimento vinicolo con un glorioso passato, e la passione per la coltivazione della vite sono stati gli elementi essenziali che hanno accompagnato la crescita della nostra azienda. Negli anni abbiamo imparato ad apprezzare le caratteristiche dei vitigni autoctoni del Salento, primo fra tutti il negroamaro, selezionando in campagna i cloni migliori, sperimentando in cantina le vinificazioni, curando l'affinamento del vino nei minimi particolari. E' solo l'inizio. Sicuri di poter continuare sulle grandi potenzialità della nostra terra, approfitteremo delle esperienze fatte in questi anni per migliorare di anno in anno la qualità dei nostri vini. Mossi da un unico sentimento: una grande passione per il vino.

Young and passionate

Everything started almost 18 years ago, when,just graduated we began to produce wine trasforming a small quantity of the grapes produced in our family estates. The careful restauration of an ancient and glorious wine cellar, together with the passion for wine growing, have been the essential elements wich have followed the growt of our enterprise. Through the years , we have learned to appreciate the qualities of the Salentine local varities, first of all the Negroamaro, by selecting the best clones, by experimenting in our cellar the wine-making tecniques, by attending the wine refinement in all its details. This is just the the beginning. Sure that we can rely on the great potentialy of our region we avail ourselfs of the experience of these years in order to improve each year, the quality of our wines. In all this we are moved by a single feeling: a strong passion for wine.
