Our aim is to transmit to our wines the splendid colours of our red earth, the perfume of the mediterranean vegetation, the warmth of the sun and the light of Salento and even to evoke a taste of the sea.
The land of baroque, of singers and dancers of ‘taranta’, apart from the wines, Salento is also admired and sought after for its art and landscape with its layers of history spread down here in the heel of Italy, in the South east between the Ionian and the Adriatic.
