He is the oenologist that Francesco Marra and Francesco Winspeare have chosen to collaborate with their business. They met him in Venice at the house of friends. They got to know his wines: never too dense always delicate. With extraordinary intuition, thinking of wines which were fresh and clean from Salento but new,  they decided that the creative part of the flavour would come from him. Andrea , accepting the invitation and the challenge, became a salentino and got to know the area. After all he united their  two regions: the wild Adriatic and the Adriatic road that had already been taken in the past by artists and malvasia. What was the impact with our local vines?” At the beginning it was a way to understand the South. I was being offered an opportunity to communicate its flavour”. Francesco Marra and Francesco Winspeare who have already carried out many grape harvests with him, see him in this way: young at heart, with a fresh, clean expression like the taste of his wines, pleasant in conversation ........ “We have similar tastes and projects and so have also become friends. What we believe in and what Andrea has helped us understand is that starting with the grape, to arrive at the wine and then in the end obtaining wine, with the aroma of the grape is the best result possible.This happens when the vinification process scrupulously respects the raw materials”.
